How Can I Track My Order?
You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched. You will also be able to see the details of your order, follow its preparation, and see shipping updates when you log into your account.
If you haven’t received your tracking details within 3 days, please check your spam folder or contact our support team at hello@aktibo.com.au.Â
We will not be held accountable for missing parcels. This includes parcels which are missing due to an incorrectly provided shipping address.

How Long Does An Order Take To Arrive?
We work hard to get your Aktibo gear to you as quickly as possible!
Orders placed before 2PM (business days) are dispatched within the same business day.
Domestic Shipping (Australia)
Standard Shipping (via Australia Post)
- Sydney, Brisbane & Melbourne metro: Australia Post aims for delivery within 3-5 business days*.
- Regional & remote areas: Longer delivery times may apply. Check your tracking details (emailed once your order is dispatched) for updates.
Flat rate: $10.00 AUD or FREE for orders over $99.00 AUD (Australia only).
Express Shipping (via Australia Post)
- Sydney, Brisbane & Melbourne metro: Australia Post aims for delivery within 1-3 business days*
- Regional & remote areas: Longer delivery times may apply. Check your tracking details (emailed once your order is dispatched) for updates.
Flat rate: $18.95 AUD or FREE for orders over $150.00 AUD (Australia only).
International Shipping
We ship to select international destinations. Any applicable customs duties or taxes are the responsibility of the customer. Delivery times and rates vary based on the destination.

How Do I Qualify For Free Shipping?
Within Australia
Standard Shipping: Free for orders over $99 AUD
Express Shipping: Free for orders over $150 AUD
International Orders
Currently we do not offer free shipping for international orders. Shipping fees will be calculated at checkout based on your location and order total.
Do You Ship To PO Box?
No, we do not ship to PO boxes & Parcel Lockers.
Do You Ship Internationally?
We currently ship worldwide.
Delivery
Can I Update My Delivery Address?
You can update your delivery address until 12PM the day of dispatch.
Orders placed after 2PM can be updated until 12PM next business day.

Can Multiple Orders Be Combined?
Please note that due to a high volume of orders, we are unable to combine multiple orders. To ensure you receive everything you need, please make sure all desired items are in your cart before proceeding to checkout.

What If I Haven't Received My Package?
We’re sorry your order hasn’t arrived yet—we know how exciting it is to receive new gear!
Here’s what you can do:
Check Your Order Status – Log into your account & go to the Orders page for the latest updates on your shipment.
Contact Our Team – If your package is delayed or missing, reach out to our Support Team at hello@aktibo.com.au, and we’ll investigate the issue for you.
We appreciate your patience and will do our best to resolve any issues as quickly as possible!

Why Was My Order Returned?
If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failure to collect, or any other delivery issue, we’ll work with you to get it back on track!
Orders may be marked Return to Sender for the following reasons:
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping address
- Unclaimed package at the post office or collection point
- Refused delivery
What Happens Next?
Once we receive the returned package, we’ll contact you via email to arrange redelivery. You will have the option to:
- Reship your order – A new shipping fee will apply.
- Receive store credit (minus the original shipping cost).
Can I Get a Refund?
Unfortunately, shipping costs are non-refundable. If you choose not to have your order reshipped, we can issue store credit for the value of your items, excluding shipping.
