Can I Return My Item?

We want you to love your Aktibo gear!
Returns can be made for a Store Credit or Exchange.

We do not offer returns for change of mind.

We offer free return shipping for domestic orders within 14 days of delivery. To initiate a return or exchange, simply log into your account and go to the Orders tab, then select Request Return.

For guest checkouts or if you need additional assistance, please email the following details to hello@aktibo.com.au:

  1. Your order number (or name and address).
  2. The item you’d like to return or exchange, along with a brief reason (e.g., wrong size, wrong colour). Ensure the item(s) are brand new, with original tags, labels, and packaging. If you’re returning a defective item, please include a description and photos of the defect.

Kindly allow up to 2 business days for our Customer Support team to respond.
After receiving your return label, please ship your order back to us within 2 business days for your return to be authorised.

We do not currently offer free returns for international orders. You will therefore need to cover all costs of returning any items to us yourself. We advise that you mark your package ‘returned goods’ to avoid further duties. Remember: We strongly recommend that you return any items via a registered trackable service and obtain and retain proof of posting as we do not accept responsibility for items that fail to arrive with us.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns on the following items:

Gift Cards
Sale Items
Socks
Store Credits

Swimwear (unless in original condition with hygiene sticker intact)
Please note: All returned swimwear items must be brand new, with original tags, labels, and packaging with the hygiene sticker unremoved to be eligible for a return or exchange.

Can I Return For A Refund?

Refunds are only offered for first time customers with items deemed to be faulty or damaged upon arrival.

Change of mind or wrong size will not be eligible for a refund. However, we can offer a store credit or exchange. Ensure the item(s) are brand new, with original tags, labels, and packaging.

Approval for returns must be obtained before sending the item back. Please contact us for approval before returning any goods. Faulty items must be returned to Aktibo before a refund can be issued.

Missing or Damaged Returns
Aktibo will not be responsible for any missing or damaged returns during transit.

Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if your refund has been approved. If approved, we will process the refund to your original payment method. Please allow time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account.

What If My Product Is Faulty?

At Aktibo, we take great care in the design and production of our products to ensure the highest quality. However, if you receive an item that you believe is faulty, we’re here to make it right.

Reporting a Faulty Item
If you believe an item is faulty, not of acceptable quality, or unsafe, please email us at hello@aktibo.com.au with the following details:

  • Clear photos showing the issue with the product
  • Proof of purchase (must clearly display the order number & date of purchase)

Incomplete information, unclear photos, or proof of purchase that does not clearly show order details may delay the process.

Once we receive this information, we will assess your request as quickly as possible to determine whether the item is faulty.

Important Notes
Not all concerns may be classified as a product fault. General wear and tear or failure to follow care instructions may not be considered a fault.

If your item is deemed faulty, we will offer a replacement of the same item or store credit depending on the issue.

Exchange

Can I Exchange My Items?

Of course! We want you to love your Aktibo gear.

Eligibility for Exchange:
Items must be returned within 14 days of purchase.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition, with tags attached & original packaging.

Exchanges are available for size or color only. All items are eligible for a one time exchange only.

Sale items and gift cards are final sale and cannot be exchanged.

How Can I Request For an Exchange?

Email us at hello@aktibo.com.au with your order number and the item you’d like to exchange.

  1. We’ll provide a return shipping label.
  2. Once we receive and inspect your item, we’ll process the exchange and send out your new item.

After receiving your return label, please ship your order back to us within 2 business days for your return to be authorised.

What If The Size I Need To Exchange Is No Longer Available?

Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If your requested item is unavailable, we’ll offer store credit that can be used at any time.
